Robers & Co, a company with tradition and 35 years of experience

History
Established 1.1.1975 in Recklinghausen by Hans-Joachim Robers senior, who as mechanical engineering technician, master metal worker and business administrator was also a publicly appointed and sworn expert for the chamber of crafts in Münster for the fields of metal work, dry construction and fire protection until 2007.

The company’s original area of activity comprised metal work in the field of aluminium facades and sun shades as well as metal ceiling and wall systems. The company achieved a turnover of 1.8 million deutschmarks in the first business year alone.

The company has since grown from strength to strength and specialises in project solutions involving suspended ceilings, predominantly comprising metal, partition walls and fire protection works as well as the raised extension of design ceilings. Here we collaborate with all large department stores and discounters operating on an European basis and their property investors.


Project Focus
Supermarkets, shopping centres, office and administrative buildings, banks and savings banks as well as car dealerships.

Today the companies Robers & Co West GmbH based in Herten are represented and managed by the next generation of Robers.
Turnover in 2009 was about 4,38 million euros. Robers & Co Ost GmbH, based in Herten and a subsidiary in Brandenburg posted a turnover in 2009 around 3,84 million euros.
